LAICITY is a decentralized virtual reality platform powered by the Ethereum blockchain. In LAICITY, users from all over the world can create, experience, and do business on the applications of this city. LAICITY is a VR platform hosting a 3D world where anyone can buy, sell and manage virtual real estate (land lots, apartments...), especially works of art such as paintings, reliefs, and sculptures established in the form of NFT (collectively known as LAI POINT) or can directly own these works of art. Owning LAIPOINT gives you full control over the environments and applications you create on LAICITY.

LAICITY's 3D virtual world is limited to about 5,200 hectares of land, including a large island of 5000 hectares and a small island (Peace Island) of 200 hectares, located in the northeast of the complex of Ha Long Bay. Land lots in LAICITY are defined using the VN2000 coordinate system and are an irreplaceable digital asset maintained in the Ethereum smart contract. These lots and other assets (such as Works of arts, Paintings, Seedlings, Locks of Love, Furniture etc.) will all be permanently owned by users in the LAIHOMES resident community and purchased with LAI. (which is LAICITY's crypto token).

LAI CITY will generate new communities which can satisfy these modern experiences through the art of VR/AR, in which are platforms connected to the Metaverse. With LAI City, digital real estate, living spaces and NFT assets, will exist primarily to allow work, entertainment, personality and passion to coexist in both the real and virtual worlds.
