Son My Industrial Park Project has a scale of 1,070ha phase 1 and 1,560ha phase 2. This is a multidisciplinary industrial park with a power center of Binh Thuan province, attracting investment in developing related industries such as Thermal power plant with investment capital of 5.0 billion USD with capacity of 3,600MW, Container port with capacity of 1.5-2.0 million MTS/year for vessels of 100,000 tons, LNG port with investment capital of 1.5-1.8 billion USD and capacity of 400,000MTS/tank, Oil refinery plant with capacity of 200,000MTS/month, Crude oil reservoir tank to export of crude oil, petrochemical plant with investment capital of 1.0 billion USD, Side service area with hotel resort and residential & service areas. Son My Industrial Park has a convenient location for transportation from industrial zones to developed areas in central provinces such as Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Vung Tau and Phan Thiet.

Son My Industrial Park invested by Son My Industrial Park Investment construction and Trading Infrastructure Company Limited (abbreviated as IPICO), officially started construction on August 30th, 2022, The project is oriented to become a smart and environmentally friendly industrial park.
